1. INTRODUCTION

Subscriber.ng is a digital platform that provides you with easy and convenient access to pay for everyday services such as SLTV subscriptions, electricity bills, internet data, and other digital payment solutions. Subscriber.ng is a registered business, located at 217 Constitution Rd, Kakuri, Kuduna State, Nigeria.

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Subscriber.ng website, mobile applications, APIs, widgets, and all related services (collectively referred to as “the Platform”).

1.2. By accessing or using Subscriber.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using this Platform.


2. AGE RESTRICTION

2.0. Subscriber.ng services are not intended for persons under the age of 18. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.


3. LICENSE TO USE PLATFORM

3.0. Unless otherwise stated,Subscriber.ng owns all intellectual property rights on the Platform and its content.

3.1. You may view, download, and print content from Subscriber.ng for personal use only, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You must not republish or redistribute material from this Platform.

  • You must not sell, rent, or sub-license any material from the Platform.

  • You must not reproduce, copy, or exploit content for commercial purposes without written consent.

  • You must not modify or alter any content from the Platform.

Where specific content is made available for redistribution (e.g., promotional materials), it may only be shared within your organization.


4. USER CONTENT

4.0. The Platform may allow you to post or upload content. You are solely responsible for any content you share, including its legality and appropriateness.

4.1. By posting content, you grant Subscriber.ng a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for operational or promotional purposes.

4.2. You retain ownership of your content but grant Subscriber.ng permission to share it with other users in accordance with these Terms.

4.3. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the content you post, or you have permission to share it.

  • Your content does not infringe upon the rights or privacy of others.


5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

5.0. You agree not to use Subscriber.ng:
a. In violation of any applicable local or international law.
b. For fraudulent transactions or activities.
c. To post or distribute hate speech, threats, or derogatory content.
d. To spread malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
e. In a way that disrupts the Platform’s performance or security.
f. To use Subscriber.ng trademarks, logos, or branding without written consent.


6. INDEMNITY

6.0. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subscriber.ng, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

6.1. This indemnity covers both civil and criminal liabilities.

6.2. This clause shall be governed by Nigerian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.


7. SECURITY AND UNAUTHORIZED USE

7.0. You are responsible for all transactions conducted using your device, account, or payment details.

7.1. Keep your password and account information secure. Subscriber.ng will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

7.2. If your device or payment information is compromised, notify your bank immediately to block transactions and contact Subscriber.ng support at info@subscriber.ng.


8. FAILED TRANSACTIONS, REVERSALS, AND REFUNDS

8.0. In the event of a failed transaction (e.g., you are debited but service not delivered), contact info@subscriber.ng with your:

  • Registered email or phone number

  • Transaction amount and date

  • Service type and reference number

8.1. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours if a service cannot be delivered. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


9. DISCLAIMER

9.0. Subscriber.ng services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your expectations.

9.1. Subscriber.ng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.0. Subscriber.ng and its affiliates shall not be liable for any business losses, data loss, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use our Platform.

10.1. These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


11. SEVERABILITY

11.0. If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall continue to be valid and enforceable.


12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

12.0. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Subscriber.ng and supersede any previous agreements regarding the use of this Platform.


13. ASSIGNMENT

13.0. Neither Subscriber.ng nor the user may assign their rights or obligations under these Terms to another party without written consent.


14. VARIATION

14.0. Subscriber.ng reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
14.1. Continued use of the Platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.


15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.0. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

15.1. Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days.

15.2. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, or in default, by the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria Branch), in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap. A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
